Space for a 10-Night Ski Holiday in Vail

A long ski holiday asks more of a place to stay than a hotel room can give. Manor Vail Lodge offers apartment-style residences at the base of Golden Peak, each with a full kitchen and a private patio or balcony with a gas grill. The Riva Bahn Express Lift at Chair 6 is steps away, and Vail Village is a five-minute walk.

Room to Spread Out

Two- and three-bedroom residences are about 1,400 square feet, have three bathrooms and sleep up to eight. Studios and one-bedrooms are about 700 square feet and sleep up to four. Over 10 nights, the extra room matters: a living area for the family, a dining table for dinner and three bathrooms to share before the morning lesson.

A Real Kitchen and a BBQ on Your Patio

Every residence has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dining table, so breakfasts, packed lunches and dinners at home are easy to plan. Every residence also has a private patio or balcony with a gas grill and views of Vail Mountain or Gore Creek. The grill runs on a gas line, so there is no gas bottle to refill.

Walk to the Lifts, the Village and Ski School

The lodge sits at the base of Golden Peak, steps from the Riva Bahn Express Lift at Chair 6, with complimentary ski valet at the lift. It is not ski-in/ski-out. The Vail Ski and Snowboard School's Golden Peak campus is just across the street from the lodge, and Vail Village is a five-minute walk. The lodge also offers complimentary in-town shuttle service, and the Town of Vail runs a free bus service nearby. Vail Mountain is part of the Epic Pass, so check epicpass.com for the pass options that include Vail.

After the Mountain

Two heated outdoor pools and four heated hot tubs are open year-round. A hot breakfast buffet is included daily for registered guests, and apres-ski cookies and hot chocolate are included as well. The lodge also has a fitness facility with Peloton bikes, and BioMed Spa Vail is on site.

Planning 10 Nights or More

Vail Mountain is targeting an opening on 13 November 2026, weather permitting, and Colorado's ski season typically runs from mid- to late November through early to mid-April. Christmas and New Year's weeks are among the busiest periods at Vail Mountain, so ask early about holiday dates.

Eagle County Regional Airport is about a 40-minute drive from the lodge, and Denver International Airport is about 100 miles away, a 1.5- to 2-hour drive on I-70. Airlines and routes change each season, so check the airport's flight schedule for current service.

From Australia, call the front desk on +1 970 476 5000, staffed 24 hours a day, or email reservations@manorvail.com. A resort service fee applies in addition to the room rate. Confirm what the fee includes when you book. Winter self-parking is US$65 per night.
