Winter at Ridge + River
Ridge + River is closed until Thanksgiving and reopens for the season in early to mid December. Holiday dinners below are served in Ridge + River.
Thanksgiving Day Buffet, Thursday, November 26
Seatings at 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Adults $75, children 12 and under $50, optional wine pairing $55.
Roasted pumpkin soup with maple cream, winter green salad, thyme roasted turkey with sage gravy and cranberry sauce, pan seared salmon, whipped Yukon potatoes, herb stuffing, sweet potato gratin, roasted Brussels sprouts, spiced pumpkin pie, cranberry cheesecake and preserved Palisade peach panna cotta.
