Manor Vail Lodge has been hosting guests in the Vail Valley for 50+ years. Our Vail meeting spaces are versatile and expansive, featuring friendly staff available to assist with any additional solutions you may need. You will also find that our event venues in Vail, Colorado offer your guests access to everything they could need and want while in Vail. It is all about location, and ours is just around the corner from the highest botanical gardens in the US, ski slopes and lifts, amphitheater, park as well as world class restaurants, shops, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf, skiing and more.
At Manor Vail Lodge, we offer 9 different meeting and event spaces that can accommodate a small board meeting of 10 up to a group reception up to 125. We also invite you to look at the many outdoor spaces at Manor Vail Lodge, which are great for cocktail receptions, dinners and recreation activities. Our largest meeting space is over 6,600 sq ft and can handle small or larger groups up to 125.

Aspen Room

The Aspen room is a great option for those groups looking for a small meeting space or private dining room. Located on the third level, the 1,404 square foot space can accommodate 70 guests comfortably. This space provides natural light with windows that overlook the beautiful Gore Creek and covered bridge. Elements of nature surround this space with floor to ceiling walls covered in Aspen trees paired with natural tones and accents. Bathrooms are located within the Aspen room.

Boardroom

The newly remodeled Manor Vail Boardroom is set to seat 18 individuals comfortably and includes a 72" flat-screen television for projection, dedicated wired and wireless network, and counter for food and beverage service.

Mount Piney

The Manor Vail Lodge Piney Mountain event center and ballroom accommodates flexible seating capacities of up to 125 guests. Complete with natural tones and modern mountain style, the 3,496 square foot ballroom is divisible by a retractable airwall.

Mount Powell

A 2,438-square-foot meeting space that can be divided into two smaller spaces. The Mt. Powell meeting space accommodates flexible seating capacities of up to 100 guests.

Reading Nook

A great space for group break-out sessions and welcome parties. Cozy and inviting, this space is designed to create a relaxing and motivating environment.

The Bridge

A great space for group break-out sessions, receptions and intimate dinners. This space provides ample natural night and cozy seating arrangements.
On-Site Catering

50+ Years of Service in the Vail Valley

Built in 1965, Manor Vail Lodge was the first hotel in Vail, Colorado to offering expansive meeting and event space. Manor Vail Lodge was a place where Vail founders like Pete Seibert would hold annual meetings and events. To this day, Manor Vail Lodge still serves as a place for visitors and locals alike to gather and meet. Manor Vail Lodge is proud to be the home and host hotel of the Burton US Open, Vail International Dance Festival, Vail Rotary Club.
