Thundercat

Thundercat is a singer, songwriter, and producer from Los Angeles known for blurring the lines between musical genres. First gaining distinction as the bassist for Suicidal Tendencies, he has since dropped four solo albums, collaborated with producer Flying Lotus, and appeared on Kendrick Lamar's 2015 album “To Pimp a Butterfly.” It was the song “These Walls” on that album that won Thundercat a Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Performance in 2016. Theophilus London

Theophilus London draws from a wide range of styles—soul-pop and calypso to new wave and contemporary R&B. As a singer, rapper, songwriter, and producer, he hit Billboard's R&B/hip-hop chart with his debut album “Timez Are Weird These Days” in 2011. He then pierced the Billboard 200 with his second album “Vibes!” The frequent collaborator was a featured artist on Kanye's "All Day," which earned him a ‘Best Rap Performance’ Grammy nomination. London has since inched toward releasing his third album with singles “Bebey” [SN1 Road Mix] featuring Giggs, "Only You" with Tame Impala, and “Seals” featuring Lil Yachty. It’s been 20 years since Arrested Development slammed the gangsta dominated world of hip hop with defiant lyrics of hope. Apparently, the world was ready for change as AD became the first hip-hop artist to receive the “Best New Artist” Grammy. The group also received a Grammy for “Best Rap Single” for their hit song, “Tennessee.” The money came in, but not for precious stones and big cars. Instead, these pioneers of the conscious and positive rap game took one big step for mankind by using their voices and their status to benefit the many underprivileged brothers and sisters around the world. Big Freedia

Big Freedia, known as the Queen of Bounce, is a New Orleans-based rapper and ambassador of Bounce music. After dominating the New Orleans club scene for over a decade, Big Freedia brought the Bounce movement to a worldwide stage with her hit reality show, Big Freedia Bounces Back, on Fuse TV which gained status as the network’s highest rated original series. In 2016, Freedia was featured on Beyonce’s Grammy-winning single, “Formation,” and has collaborated with artists ranging from Sia, Elliphant, The Postal Service, and Matt & Kim to Mannie Fresh and Sylvan Esso. Big Wild

Shamrock Shuffle Snow Shoe Race
