What People are Saying About The Lord Gore Restaurant
"Rather than order an entree, we ordered two salads (I had the roasted beet and my husband had the romaine with white anchovies) and two small appetizers (I had the mussels and my husband had the scallops). It was all wonderful! The food was the most creative that we had in Vail. And the service was THE best among fantastic service throughout our stay! Of course, the setting is gorgeous (as others rightly note)."
"The food was very tasty and enjoyable. I like the choice of regular and small orders."
"Wonderful duck. Lord Gore always has the best salmon I eat anywhere. We're not great wine critics and don't go $$$$$$. We especially appreciated a moderate priced ($24) red wine on the menu. When we have to pay into the $30 plus, we don't go to that place very often."
"Best presentation in Vail!!!"
