Jessica is an alumna of the School of Hotel & Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University and has since had over 10 years of experience working in various outlets of the hospitality world including Group Sales, Catering & Conference Services, Operations, and Meeting Planning. Her career path has allowed her to live and work in prestigious destinations around the west including Sedona, Scottsdale, Taos, and most recently Beaver Creek and Vail. Jessica’s main focus in Sales at Manor Vail Lodge is the corporate market, however, because of her passion and knowledge in catering and food & beverage, she is also responsible for selling weddings and catering-only events. Caroline is our talented Catering Sales & Event Manager at Manor Vail Lodge where she sells, plans and oversees the execution of events. Caroline's career started in mental health and human services, but she quickly fell in love with private events as a Banquet Captain at The Four Seasons Vail where she found her people skills and attention to detail fit in perfectly. Caroline facilitates the delivery of her clients’ vision whether it be a wedding or corporate dinner, indoors or outdoors. Outside of work, she is an avid skier and mountain biker, and loves to share her passion for the mountains with her clients and colleagues.
Amy was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. She wanted to be a chef at a young age, and began working in restaurants as soon as she was able to. Shortly afterwards she fell in love with the hospitality and event world, and graduated in 2016 from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management. Throughout her time in college, Amy worked as part of the National Association for Catering & Events, and did volunteer work for the Cannes Film Festival in 2015. These opportunities in particular opened her eyes to the incredible industry of Hospitality, and helped her flourish into her career. After graduation, Amy worked as the Hamilton's Kitchen Event Coordinator and then decided to take a leap of faith to move to Colorado. She then began working at Manor Vail Lodge as a Front Desk Agent, and made her way to the reservations team where she is now our Group Rooms Coordinator.
