The Fitz Bar is the perfect place to pick up a quick bite to eat and drink while town or heading to Ford Park. Simply walk-in and order directly from our bar or pre-order by contacting us directly at 970-476-4959.
Everything will be packaged safely for you to take with you to dine either outside on our spacious patio, Ford Park or at home. Limited seating will also be available inside. For pickup, vehicle parking is available on the south lot of Manor Vail Lodge and bike parking is available at the bottom of our patio stairs on the bike path.

Manor Vail Lodge offers guest breakfast Monday – Sunday from 7:00am - 10:00am in the Piney Mountain Room. Breakfast is also available to the public at $20 per person. Reservations not required. Large parties please call ahead at 970.476.5000.

At Manor Vail Lodge, we offer a variety of private dining areas in and around the hotel with the ability to accommodation 16 to 64 guests. Whether you prefer a casual or fine dining experience, we offer a variety of menu options.
The Aspen room is a great option for those groups looking for a small meeting space or private dining room. Located on the third-level, the 1,404 square foot space can accommodate 64 guests comfortably. This space provides natural light with windows that overlook the beautiful Gore Creek and covered bridge. Elements of nature surround this space with floor to ceiling walls covered in Aspen trees paired with natural tones and accents. Bathrooms are located within the Aspen room.
Located above the Fitz Bar, the Bridge offers a cozy mountain setting for 12 – 20 guests to feel secluded without feeling isolated. This area is perfect for welcome parties and family dinners.
Our largest private dining space us available during off-peak dates. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of Vail Mountain’s Golden Peak slopes while enjoying a customized menu curated by our Executive Chef.
EXCUTIVE CHEF, KENNETH BUTLER
Known for his passion for food, fresh ingredients and commitment to sourcing the best products, Executive Chef Kenneth Butler brings his knowledge and creativity to Manor Vail Lodge and The Fitz Bar & Restaurant in Vail, Colorado.
Chef Ken developed his culinary skills and love for wine and spirits by working at some of the best mountain resorts in Colorado. Prior to Manor Vail Lodge, he was a Sous chef for the Andaz Maui, at Wailea Resort. In 2013, Chef Ken won his region for Cochon 555 and became an accredited level one sommelier by the Court of master sommeliers. The creative freedom to go beyond in the kitchen results in his unique modern American cuisine.
