Please note, the south pool will be closed for renovation starting April 12 - mid-November.
In-town transportation: The in-town bus runs from Golden Peak to Lionshead and is available from 6:30am—11pm. We are the “Golden Peak” stop.
ATM - Located at bottom of The Fitz stairs, near the front desk.
Ice Machine - Fill up your cooler or get a bag at the front desk. The ice machine is located down the hall from the ATM.
Looking for a quick snack before heading out? Located at the front desk, you can ﬁnd on-the-go snacks, sandwiches, chips, drinks and everyday essentials. Open 24hrs a day.
In partnership with Resort Delivery, groceries are available for delivery. For options please contact front desk for more information.
Daily services are performed between 8:00am—4:30pm. We will do daily trash and towel removal. Contactless service available—Please call front desk for more information. We are an Actively Green property and a partner of Protect our Winters. If you would like to make a green choice to bring down water use, electricity, gas, and chemical use please contact the front desk x0 to opt out. Learn more about our cleaning procedures.
The Manor Vail Spa offers relaxing spa treatments. Featuring a new oxygen
bar and leg recovery lounge. Steam Room and Sauna are not open. Hours 10am-5pm by appointment only.
Our Fitness center is equipped with treadmills, bikes, free weights, ﬁtness balls, and yoga mats. There will be limited occupancy and hourly cleanings. Reservations to use the fitness center must be made at the front desk. Open 8am—8pm.
There are two guest laundry facilities located on property. Detergent and quarters are available to buy at the front desk (Cash for quarters only). It costs $2.00 to wash and $1.75 to dry per load.
There is a guest computer and printer available in the South Lobby to the left of the Spa. Our front desk staff can assist you with copies, faxes, or mailing and shipping needs. We also have a notary on staff.
We will maintain social distancing in the lobby and all public areas during this time. The pools will be monitored to make sure there is limited occupancy and that parties are 6-feet apart. Chairs will be cleaned regularly.
The gym will have limited occupancy as well and cleaned hourly to maintain safety. Any public area (entry doors, laundry room, elevators, and public restrooms) will be cleaned hourly by our team to keep us as safe as possible.
Our staff will wear masks and gloves for any and all requests in guest rooms. For housekeeping service, we will ask each guest to let us know what time works best for them for their daily service; preferably when they will be out of the unit. For any maintenance calls, we will also request that the guest have vacated the unit prior to sending up our team. This is for your safety. If you choose to be in the unit for any request, we will be wearing masks, and ask that all of our guest do the same. We also will ask that your remain in a different part of the condo than where our staff will be servicing.
PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER
- Outdoor gatherings of no more than 175 people. These gatherings must still adhere to all above health protocols
- Saunas and Steam Rooms: Must remain closed
- Restaurants: Indoor seating can be allowed at 25% occupancy
- Swimming Pools: Allowed at 25% occupancy
