Please note, the south pool will be closed for renovation starting in April through mid-November.
In-town transportation: The in-town bus runs from Golden Peak to Lionshead and is available from 6:30am—11pm. We are the “Golden Peak” stop.
ATM - Located at bottom of The Fitz stairs, near the front desk.
Ice Machine - Fill up your cooler or get a bag at the front desk. The ice machine is located down the hall from the ATM.
Looking for a quick snack before heading out? Located at the front desk, you can ﬁnd on-the-go snacks, sandwiches, chips, drinks and everyday essentials. Open 24hrs a day.
In partnership with Resort Delivery, groceries are available for delivery. For options please contact front desk for more information.
Daily services are performed between 8:00am—4:30pm. We will do daily trash and towel removal. Contactless service available—Please call front desk for more information. We are an Actively Green property and a partner of Protect our Winters. If you would like to make a green choice to bring down water use, electricity, gas, and chemical use please contact the front desk x0 to opt out. Learn more about our cleaning procedures.
Due to the south-side construction project, The Manor Vail Spa will be closed until mid-November. Take the opportunity to indulge in a little luxury with in-room massage and/or nail services. Please call 970-674-7977 to book your appointment. Hours: 10:00am -5:00pm.
Due to the south side construction project, our fitness equipment has been re-located to the conference center. There will be limited occupancy and hourly cleanings. Reservations to use the fitness equipment must be made at the front desk. Open 8am—8pm.
There are two guest laundry facilities located on property. Detergent and quarters are available to buy at the front desk (Cash for quarters only). It costs $2.00 to wash and $1.75 to dry per load.
There is a guest computer and printer available in the South Lobby. Our front desk staff can assist you with copies, faxes, or mailing and shipping needs. We also have a notary on staff.
Any public area (entry doors, laundry room, elevators, and public restrooms) will be cleaned hourly by our team to keep us as safe as possible.
Our staff will wear masks and gloves for any and all requests in guest rooms. For housekeeping service, we will ask each guest to let us know what time works best for them for their daily service; preferably when they will be out of the unit. For any maintenance calls, we will also request that the guest have vacated the unit prior to sending up our team. This is for your safety. If you choose to be in the unit for any request, we will be wearing masks, and ask that all of our guest do the same. We also will ask that your remain in a different part of the condo than where our staff will be servicing.
