Deep Tissue Massage
Price This full body massage is based on Swedish techniques but involves deeper pressure and trigger point therapy and is more treatment focused for injury recovery or athlete maintenance.
Hot Stone Massage
This massage uses warm polished lava stones where the heat penetrates the muscles, relieving tension allowing the therapist to manipulate the muscles and eliminate any left over tension. This massage is only available during the winter months and must be booked in advance to make sure the stones are at the proper temperature.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage*
A Manual Massage that focuses on the lymphatic system. By stimulating the lymphatic system we help detox the body and increase the effectiveness of the immune system. Also recommended to decrease swelling from tissue damage due to sports injury or surgical procedures to decrease recovery time.
Oncology Massage*
A specialized massage developed specifically for cancer patients or survivors. We ensure that the massage is productive and not harmful to the client. Each client gets a personalized massage which addresses each individual's needs and proper care.
Sports Rejuvenation Massage
Relieve tension in the body and revitalize tired and aching muscles by easing pain and bringing recovery after physical exertion. Sports massage is geared towards athletes of every kind. No matter if they are world-class professionals or casual joggers or walkers. We focus on the areas and muscles that are overused and stressed from activities that have repetitive and stressful movements. By incorporating stretching, trigger point therapy, and muscle flushing we promote flexibility, decrease tension, improve muscle endurance and prevent injury.
Swedish Massage
Enjoy and drift away with this relaxing massage. Various massage techniques are used to decrease stress, tension and muscle pain while increasing circulation, range of motion and promoting complete well-being.
Weleda Aromatherapy Massage
Due to the skin's impressive re-absorption abilities, it can be supplemented externally through the outer skin layer. Along with its daily loss of oil, the skin begins to lose its ability to quickly reproduce oils as it ages. These vanishing oils must be replenished to keep the skin in healthy balance. It is with this is in mind that we invite you to explore the wide range of holistic effects that our carefully selected Body Oils have on your body.
In Room Service
For those who prefer to stay in the comfort of your room, our therapists will come to you with a massage table, sheets, oil and music. $25 travel fee on top of massage price.

SPA PACKAGES
Signature Skin Renewal: $175
Start with a skin renewing full body scrub, to remove dull, dry skin and reveal new glowing skin. After a refreshing shower, continue with a customized full body hydrating Swedish massage that will leave your skin feeling soft and moisturized and your muscles relaxed. Total treatment time 80 minutes.
Rocky Mountain Rejuvenation: $200
Great for a bad weather day or if you want to truly unwind on your active vacation. Receive a 50 minute full body customized massage to relieve tired or tense muscles from a day of mountain activity. Following your massage is 50 minute specialized facial to counteract the altitude, wind and sun exposure and restore your skins moisture. Total treatment time is 110 minutes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Spa Etiquette
We ask that you leave your cell phones in your hotel room or if you must carry your phone please switch the settings to silent or vibrate, to maintain the tranquil spa atmosphere and not disrupt your treatment or that of other guests. Arrive early, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time, to check in, fill out a short health history and familiarize yourself with our facilities. Please understand your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
Spa Apparel
Please bring a swimming suit if you wish to enjoy our outdoor pools and hot tubs or co-ed steam and sauna. During your massage, you will be covered with a sheet at all times. While we recommend undressing completely, you are welcome to wear undergarments if you prefer. For facials or waxing our esthetician will provide you with an appropriate garment for your treatment. Robes and towels are provided for guest use of all the spa amenities and shower facilities.
Valuables
For the safety of your valuables we suggest that you leave them in your room or in one of the hotels safety deposit boxes. We have lockers to store clothing.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, please notify us of cancellations or changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be subject to full charge.
Payment & Tipping
For your convenience Gratuity of 18% of the original price is automatically added to the cost of your services. As a guest of Manor Vail Lodge you may charge spa services and products to your room. We also accept Master Card, VISA, American Express and Cash.
Products Available for Purchase
All BIOELEMENTS facial products are available for purchase at the spa. We also sell Sun Block and Lip Balm to protect your skin in our harsh mountain climate. BIOFREEZE is also available for purchase to relieve muscle pain if you don't have time for a massage every day!
