Wedding Policies and Information
The following information is provided as a guideline. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact our wedding coordinator, Theresa Zoller at 970-476-5000.
Ceremony and Reception Space:
Conference rooms are only held between the hours indicated on your contract.
Entertainment:
All indoor entertainment must conclude at 11 p.m. All outdoor entertainment must conclude at 10 p.m.
Food and Beverage:
Food and beverages from outside the resort is not allowed at any time, excluding the wedding cake. There is a $2.00 per person cake cutting fee for cakes purchased outside of Manor Vail Lodge. Children's meals are available.
 Hospitality Suites:
There will be a one-time charge of $150.00 plus tax for setup and breakdown of hospitality suites. A $50 refresh fee will apply daily.
Meal Guarantees:
The lodge requires final guaranteed attendance of meal functions to be specified at least 72 hours prior to the event. If no guarantee is received the numbers indicated on the original signed contract will apply. Menu changes are valid only when confirmed in writing.
 Minimum Number Requirements:
The resort requires a minimum of 20 guests.
Service and Tax Charges:
Menu prices are subject to an 18% service charge and 8.9% sales tax.
