The Lord Gore Restaurant


The Lord Gore Restaurant has arguably the best dining views in all of Vail. Located at Vail Mountain's Golden Peak, the Lord Gore Restaurant's casual yet elegant atmosphere make it one of the best and most romantic restaurants in Vail.

The new winter menu displays sophistication and balance with modern renditions of classic table side service, and the In-House Dry Aged Beef Program with 14 and 21 day selections makes the Lord Gore Restaurant one of the only restaurants on the Western slope to offer in-house dry age steaks.

Fitzwilliam's Lounge

Winding down after a day of skiing or hiking Vail mountain, the Fitzwilliam's Lounge, open daily from 3:00pm to 10:00pm, offers select appetizers and bistro style menu with 15 items under $15. The panoramic windows provide stunning views of Ford Park, Gore Range and Gore Creek


Après Ski is Back and Better then Ever

The welcoming and laid back atmosphere of the Fitzwilliam's Lounge, is the perfect place to curl up next to the fire and enjoy drink and appetizer specials every day of the week. Locals refer to the Fitzwilliam's Lounge as Vail's best keep Après Ski secret.

Open daily from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, the Get Wired Café is the perfect place to stop on the way to ski school or the Golden Peak high speed quad lift. Located in the South lobby, the Get Wired serves Starbuck’s coffee and offers an appetizing sandwich and soup menu with assorted sundries items perfect for snacking.

The Lord Gore Restaurant at Manor Vail Resort brings the very finest in culinary cuisine to its patrons.

New for the 2006/2007 Lord Gore Restaurant Winter Menu is an in-house dry aged beef program using a USDA Certified Black Angus Natural Beef for all of its steaks. This program only uses the finest Angus cattle. Harris Ranch purchases, feeds, and processes all of its cattle, allowing you to experience the way beef should taste. The Lord Gore is one of the only restaurants in the Western Slope to offer on site dry aged Angus beef. Come and enjoy this new addition to the Lord Gore menu.
